Returning Yarn from Kits:
At Yarn Loop, we have a 6 month policy for returning unused yarn from a Yarn Loop Kit or Luxury Yarn Loop Kit. Many patterns have estimated yardage and unfortunately, the end user may end up with a skein (or even two!) of unused yarn. When winding all of the yarn into balls, we highly suggest leaving 1 skein or more in its original packaging so that you have the option of returning the extra hank(s).
Please remember that the hanks or balls must still be in their original condition with all labels in tact or we will not be able to process a return. Yarn with evidence of smoke residue, pet hair, wear & use, or that is clearly not from our store will not be accepted for credit. You will be responsible for shipping skeins to the store. Please contact us for shipping address or further information.
Once the yarn is received at the store in acceptable condition, a gift certificate will be emailed to you for the purchase value of your yarn. Gift certificates on exchanges expire after 12 months from the date of issue.
