The Everyday Shawl was designed specifically for gradient yarns. If you choose a subdued gradient kit, it can be worn everyday with any outfit. It’s worked side to side alternating stockinette and reverse stockinette sections using simple increases and decreases. Rectangular version of this shawl is the Biased Transitions.
Everyday Shawl is available in two sizes. The small size would work well for 150g (650 yds) gradient kits and the large size would suit 200g (800 yds) kits of fingering weight yarn.

ALTERNATE YARN: Concentric Cotton by HiKoo (100% Pima Cotton; 200g/929 yds): 1 Skein. Concentric Cotton shifts through the gradient automatically, so you will not have to weave in ends! Perfect for warmer days with cool nights in the Southern United States.
ALTERNATE YARN: NatureSpun Fingering by Brown Sheep Co. (100% USA Wool; 50g/310 yds) 3 (3) Skeins.
