YARN: Alpaca Silk by Blue Sky Fibers (50% alpaca/50% silk; 50g/146yds): 5 Skeins. This yarn has been discontinued. We have limited stock on hand for a short while.
ALTERNATE YARN: Metalico by Blue Sky Fibers (50% baby Alpaca / 50% Silk; 50g/147 yds): 5 Skeins. Metalico has the same fiber content but is a single ply yarn that has amazing drape, making it perfect for shawls & wraps.
GAUGE: In Hourglass Lace pattern, 24.5 sts and 30 rows = 4″, using larger needles
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 70" long x 11" wide
NEEDLES: Size US 2 / 2.75mm 32” circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge & Size US 4 / 3.5mm 32” circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
