This roomy bag is knit a single piece, in the round, from the bottom up. The closure is a simple celtic knot which slides up and down the two straps. Instructions are provided for felting the bag in your washing machine, too.  Please avoid superwash wool yarns as these yarns will not felt properly.

"I have found that many of my customers are accomplished knitters but are unsure of their felting skills. There are many little tips that can help with felting that are too varied or random to include in every pattern. [The monthly] newsletter will answer direct questions and offer some tips that will help you achieve the outcome you want.   Thanks!" --Cindy

Kit includes printed & pdf pattern as well as selected yarn.  For yarn winding services, click here.

ALTERNATE YARN: Falkland Chunky by Queensland Collection (100% Falkland Wool; 100g/131 yds): 4 Skeins.  Beautiful solid and heathered colors in this famously soft & ecologically minded wool.

ALTERNATE YARN: Lamb's Pride Bulky by Brown Sheep Co. (85% USA Wool / 15% Mohair; 113g/125 yds: 4 Skeins.  USA grown, milled & dyed.  Mohair adds a shimmer and heathered effect to the yarn, plus a little fuzziness to the finished product.    PRE-ORDER now available.
