The Seiche Tank made its debut in Knitscene Summer 2016.  A dramatic lace pattern adorns the neckline and front of this otherwise simple-to-knit A-line tank. Worked from the top down, this tank is knit both flat and in the round for the perfect fit. Crochet is used in this pattern as well.  

Knitting Kit includes printed & pdf pattern as well as selected yarn.

DESIGNER RECOMMENDED YARN: Hempathy by Elsebeth Lavold (41% Cotton, 34% Hemp, 25%Modal;50g / 153yds):  5 (5, 6, 6, 7) Skeins, shown in Kingfisher Blue 61 (now a discontinued color); Cobalt is the next closest color to the original.  Also shown in Ionic Sky.

NEEDLES: Size US 4 / 3.5mm 24" circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge 

OTHER TOOLS: Size E/4 (3.5mm) Crocket hook, stitch markers, removable markers, stitch holders, tapestry needle
SKILL LEVEL: Advanced Beginner
GAUGE: 22 sts and 30 rows = 4” in St st
SIZE:  XS (S, M, L, XL). Modeled with 2.25" positive ease.
